Attached to a metal alligator clip, I recommend that if the clip gets wet, you dry it immediately with a napkin or towel to prevent it from rusting so the bow will be in perfect condition. The colors may change slightly.
Please do not allow children and babies to put any of the above products in their mouths as this is dangerous and can cause choking.

Please allow approximately 2-6 weeks for handwoven custom pieces like Bows Holders (depending on style and size purchased) for production & 3-4 days for delivery, depending on location. All in stock items will ship 1-3 days after purchase.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on shipping rates. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped with tracking information. *Please understand that once a package has been shipped, transit & delivery times are beyond our control.
Shipping costs: It will depend on the size, shipping location and weight of the package, all shipments start from $5 and up.
If you would like to upgrade to Rush Shipping, please contact me directly. Additional fees will apply.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance. Chaolove studio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction with your purchase and experience is of the utmost importance to us. Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly with questions or concerns and we will try to find a solution to the situation any way we can. Due to the one of a kind nature of this work, we typically do not accept returns or make exchanges. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, & shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.
DEFECTS
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exception of damages incurred during transit) a refund or exchange is possible. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your purchase with images & a description of the damage. Before a refund or exchange is possible, the defective product must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging. Because each of our pieces are 100% handmade, there may be an additional wait time before receiving a replacement while repairs are being made.
Color variation will not be considered an acceptable description for a ‘defective or damaged’ refund or exchange. We take great care to accurately document & describe my work and color variations may occur because your monitor setting differ from mine.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Items are all custom/handmade, and will not be available for exchange or return, with the exception of damaged packages. If your package is lost, please contact your local post office for assistance. Chaolove studio is not responsible for lost packages once they have been shipped. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, or lack of claim on the part of the purchaser, a refund will not be issued. Purchaser will be held responsible to repay shipping costs before the item ships out again.
